Multicultural Experience

Our gastronomic offer is based on a spontaneous and original blend of Italian, German and Chilean dishes. Starting from the most classic recipes, we have developed dishes that combine traditional ingredients with a selection of local ingredients, from the indigenous culture of northern Chile. The result is a fusion that has no equal in San Pedro, unique in its kind.

Arte y Cultura

we have a permanent exhibition of original works of visual arts. Paintings, sculptures, local handicraft objects are always present in our space. we also have a permanent exhibition of books from the Libreria del Desierto, a local editorial effort, and records from the independent Chilean label Corporacion Fonografica Autonoma, CFA

Local Environment

We are promoting local artisans and entrepreneurs from the gastronomic and cultural sectors, with varied cultural events, music, visual arts. We maintain the minimum environmental impact in terms of energy and water consumption, with efforts to limit the production of garbage to a minimum (zero-waste concept) and giving preference to the use of recycled and recyclable materials.

Italian/Chilean/German dessert

We offer the classic Italian Tiramisu dessert with a touch of arrope de Chañar, a traditional Atacameño product based on the fruits of a local tree. We also prepare Herrencreme and Streuselkuchen

Homemade Fresh Pasta

We prepare our pasta in house, on a daily basis, we offer pasta corta, pasta lunga as bigoli and fettuccine, pasta ripiena as ravioli
